Congregation Agudas Achim Anshei Sfard

I am proud to announce that this Sunday afternoon, the 2nd day of Sukkot,
the Adams Street Synagogue will host its 2nd annual SUKKAH HOP.

The HOP starts at 3 PM.

The first Hop-Stop will be at the SLOANES (503 California Street);
The second Hop-Stop will be at the WEINBERGS (186 Linwood Avenue);
The final Hop-Stop will be at the WAGNERS (202 Chapel Street).

Maps will be provided at the shul during morning services.

After the final Hop we will all convene at the shul for Mincha @ 6 PM.

Please join us for a wonderful community event that promises to feature
tasty treats and lots of fun! Bring the whole family!

The Adams Street Shul is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. We are now in our second century of service to the Jewish community.

Shabbat Times

Candle-Lighting in Nonantum for Friday, December 9, is at 3:55 pm.    Shabbat concludes at 4:55 pm on Saturday, December 10.  

Torah Portion

This Saturday is Shabbat Vayeitzei.  
(The Torah Reading is Bereishit 28:10-32:3;   and the Haftarah is Hosea 12:13-14:10; 14:7 or Micah 7:18. S: Hosea 11:7-12:12.)
